Providence Canyon State Park in Georgia
I just returned from a short visit to the canyon, which is also lovingly called Georgia's Little Grand Canyon. The rocky cliffs of the canyon are a palette of earth colors and rugged textures which is a perfect subject for a rustic palette knife oil painting.
November is a perfect time to visit Providence Canyon, I highly recommend it. I used rich warm autumn colors.
