Nicolai Fechin. Paint is applied thick and generous.

This painting has colors, that I mix myself. I love to mix my own colors it allows me to create paintings with unique palettes.

The digital world now allows anyone to take photos and use an oil painting filter and voila it has the faint appearance of oil painting.
